New Furniture Collection

The latest seating to join the collection: the Nooma modular sofa in its various configurations, the Haussmann sofa, the Oska swivel armchair and the Lucky pouf. Enough to furnish an entire living room, or to complete the one you already have.

Reading the name of a modular sofa

The name of a Nooma says almost everything: the number of seats, the shape and the side. A corner closes on a single return, a large corner extends that return, and a panoramic unfolds on both sides. The more seats a configuration has, the more free wall space it needs: measure the wall before deciding, not after.

Left or right: how to decide

The side is always determined facing the sofa, standing in the room: if the return extends to your left, the model is left-facing. Stand where you will watch the screen or look out the window, then follow the longest wall. Most of our corner sofas come in both directions, which leaves the choice open until the last moment.

Complete rather than fill

A large sofa is rarely enough on its own: it lacks a movable seat. The pouf serves as a footrest, an extra seat or a small table when you set a tray on it. The swivel armchair lets you follow the conversation without moving the furniture, and breaks up the straight line of a long configuration.

Frequently asked questions

How much wall width should I allow?

Add the width of the sofa and the walkway space in front of it, then compare the total with the wall measured at floor level. A panoramic configuration needs considerably more room than a simple corner.

Will the sofa fit through my door?

Compare the package dimensions, given on the product page, not those of the assembled sofa. A modular sofa arrives in several packages depending on the configuration.

Velvet or bouclé in a heavily used living room?

Bouclé hides seat marks and wear better. Velvet looks dressier, but it shows hand marks until it is brushed.
