Mirrors

A mirror makes a room feel larger and gives it back its light. Ours have wooden frames, mostly oak: round designs to hang, and two large portrait formats that stand on the floor.

Lean on the floor or hang on the wall

That is the first question to settle. The two large formats, 40 x 160 cm and 55 x 190 cm, are made to lean against a wall, in a bedroom or an entryway: they reflect your full silhouette. The round ones, from 38 to 80 cm, are hung above a console or a fireplace, or grouped together.

Which size

A 38 cm round works in a group, as a constellation across a section of wall. A 76 or 80 cm holds its own above a piece of furniture. Portrait formats need some distance to be viewed, and a sound wall if you prefer to hang them rather than lean them.

Wood, and how to care for it

Dust the frame with a dry cloth. If needed, wipe with a barely damp cloth and dry immediately: standing water, prolonged humidity and nearby heat sources cause the wood to move. Clean the glass like a window, keeping any product off the frame.

Frequently asked questions

Can the large mirror stand on the floor?

Yes, both portrait formats are designed for it: leaned against a wall, without fixings, in a bedroom or an entryway.

How do I hang a round mirror?

With a fixing suited to your type of wall. The weight is not listed: ask us before buying if your partition wall is lightweight.

How do I care for it?

A dry cloth on the frame, a barely damp cloth if needed, then dry immediately. Clean the glass like a window.
