Jena Collection

An accent armchair comes down to two things: its silhouette and its movement. The Jena collection offers the same rounded design in a fixed or swivel version, in textured bouclé as well as velvet.

Fixed or swivel

A fixed armchair takes its place and is oriented once and for all, facing a fireplace or a window. The swivel model turns a full circle and follows the conversation: this makes all the difference in a living room where you entertain. In the middle of an open-plan room, it saves you from moving the seat.

Bouclé or velvet

Bouclé adds texture and hides seat marks; it warms up a light, somewhat bare room. Velvet catches the light and holds the trace of a hand, which gives it character and calls for regular brushing. The same armchair appears in several fabrics under the same name: the product page tells you which one you are looking at.

One armchair, or a pair

Jena models are available individually and in pairs. Two identical seats facing the sofa close off a living room and replace a second sofa without weighing down the space. A single armchair is enough in a bedroom or a reading corner, set at an angle near a light source.

Frequently asked questions

How much space should you allow around a swivel armchair?

Keep clear space all the way around the seat so the armrests don't bump into a wall or a table leg. Measure at the widest point of the armchair.

Is bouclé easy to care for?

Dust it with a vacuum cleaner, using a soft brush, in the direction of the loops. On a fresh stain, dab with a damp white cloth and let it air-dry.

Is this armchair suitable for a small room?

The rounded design and discreet frame work well in a tight space, as the armchair takes up less visual room than a square-cornered model. Measure the width of the walkway and the available depth.
