Premium

The Premium line brings together orchid arrangements presented in their vase and hydrangea stems, with or without their foliage. These are pieces to set down just as they are, with nothing to arrange.

The container makes the piece

In an arrangement, the vase matters as much as the flower. A conical vase lengthens the silhouette, a round vase gathers and grounds it, an elongated pot follows the line of a console or a windowsill. So look at the container first, since it is what will need to match your furniture and your wall.

Looking closely at the flower

An orchid is judged by its petal: its thickness, the shade that runs from the heart to the edge, the way light passes through it. On a hydrangea, it is the density of the small flowers that gives the head its weight, and the foliage that settles the stem in the vase.

Choosing the right height

Heights range from around forty centimeters to more than eighty. For a console, choose an arrangement that rises to roughly a third of the free wall above the furniture. On a coffee table, stay low and wide. In an entryway, on the contrary, go for a taller, narrower piece.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the same model come in several heights?

Because an arrangement is chosen according to the furniture it sits on. The flower does not change from one size to another; only the scale and sometimes the shape of the vase vary.

How do you dust an artificial orchid?

Run a dry cloth or a soft brush over the top of the petals, from the heart toward the tip. Never immerse the arrangement in water.

Can you change the curve of the stems?

Yes, the stems bend gently by hand to open or close the flower spike. Reshape the curve in several steps rather than in a single movement.
