New Season Arrivals Collection

A bench for the entryway, blown glass vases, flower arrangements and a tall palm: this collection combines an accent piece of furniture with the decor around it. Material is the common thread, bouclé and woven fabric for the seat, blown glass for the flowers.

The bench, at the end of the entryway

A bench slips in where an armchair would not fit: along an entryway wall, at the foot of a bed, under a window. Leave a step's worth of space in front of it, enough to put on your shoes. Its length matters more than its width: measure the free wall, door handle included.

Blown glass, height by height

The Opale and Linéa vases range from 22 to 40 cm, from the short stem to the large branch. For a balanced arrangement, aim for a flower height roughly one and a half times that of the vase. Blown glass is never perfectly even: this varying thickness is what catches the light.

A palm for the empty corner

The Kwai palm comes potted and ranges from 150 to 180 cm; those centimeters make all the difference in a living room corner. Measure the ceiling height and leave room above the fronds, which open upward. Keep it away from walkways: the low fronds catch on sleeves.

Frequently asked questions

How do you care for an artificial palm?

A feather duster, frond by frond, from the trunk to the tip, is enough for dust. On a marked frond, wipe with a barely damp cloth and let it dry.

Bouclé or woven fabric for a bench?

Bouclé, being thicker, forgives seat marks and suits a bench used every day. Patterned woven fabric shows more: reserve it for a decorative bench, in an entryway or at the foot of a bed.

How do you clean a narrow-necked vase?

Fill it with warm soapy water, then swirl a spoonful of coarse salt at the bottom to loosen deposits. Rinse, and turn it upside down on a tea towel to dry.
