Christmas 2025

A tree, tabletop figurines, a nativity scene and a few points of light: a Christmas setting is built in layers rather than all at once. This collection brings together light-up trees, tree skirts, figurines from the Play range and nativity scenes.

Set the heights first

The tree sets the scale of the room, and everything else falls into place after that. The small light-up trees, about fifteen to twenty centimeters tall, sit on a console table, a side table or a mantelpiece. The large tree, for its part, needs clear floor space and a tree skirt to neatly finish its base.

Figurines set the scene

A single figurine remains an object, while two or three figurines tell a story. The characters of the Play range echo one another: Santa Claus, the little girl, the boy, the chalet with its golden roof. Group them in threes on a tray, varying the heights, and leave a little space around them.

Light rather than color

In an understated interior, light alone is enough to mark the season. The light-up trees and figurines come into their own at nightfall, when the rest of the room goes dark. Place them at eye level or lower, never against the light of a window, so their glow can truly be seen.

Frequently asked questions

What size tree for a table?

Sizes of about fifteen to twenty centimeters fit on a table without getting in the way of serving. Anything larger is better on a console table, a sideboard or the floor.

What is a tree skirt for?

It hides the stand and the foot of the tree, giving it a clean base. Choose its diameter according to the spread of the lowest branches.

How do I store these decorations from one year to the next?

Dust them with a soft brush, wrap each piece in tissue paper and store them flat, away from moisture.
