Delivery
You can track your order by logging into your Sia Deco account by clicking on “ My Orders ”
In any case, even if you do not have a Sia Deco customer account, once the order is processed, it means it has just been shipped from our warehouse and you have received an email containing the tracking number. Copy/paste this tracking number on the site DPD trace right here to check the progress of your order.
If you have not yet received the email containing the 18-digit tracking number, it means the order is unprocessed and at our warehouse.
For large products Sia Home (furniture), the delivery tracking is done with JP HOME.
Delivery to pickup point with DPD
Delivery to a pickup point is only valid for France excluding Corsica and it will be free for purchases over 100 €.

💐🚚 The average delivery times for Sia Deco products (flowers and small decorations, excluding furniture) for metropolitan France, Monaco, and Belgium are 3-5 working days for small items and 5-7 days for bulky items. These times are mentioned for informational purposes only and do not constitute a firm commitment from SIA. The maximum delivery time is 20 working days.
For other countries in Europe, expect 5 to 7 days.

🛋️🚚 The delivery times for Sia Home products (large furniture) including sofas, chairs, stools, poufs, armchairs, tables, beds, and headboards vary depending on the product and are indicated in the product description. Delivery of large furniture is to be scheduled by appointment via the carrier link JP HOME.
⏱️📧 If you have not yet received the email containing the tracking number, it means the order is unprocessed and at our warehouse.

Your personal customer account allows you to select different delivery addresses for each order.
Large furniture is currently only available in France and Belgium.

Order
You will receive an email after each order confirmation. Please note that if you do not receive an email, it may mean that it has been automatically transferred to your SPAM / "junk mail" folder or that you have entered an incorrect email address. We therefore invite you to check your SPAM / "junk mail" folder and then verify the email address provided in your customer account.
Your orders will also appear in your customer account on the Sia Déco website.
Sia Deco takes great care when preparing your order. However, if certain products do not meet your expectations (color, damaged or missing materials) at the time of receiving the package, they will be replaced within 30 business days from the date of receipt of the package.
To return your order, you must first send a request by email to support@sia-deco.com mentioning the order number and attach the photos of the product and the packaging so that our customer service can send you the return form to fill out. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking is mandatory for the return, so we ask you to send a photo of the shipping slip to support.
The goods must be returned to us in new condition and in their original, unopened packaging and plastic; otherwise, the refund cannot be processed.
Packages cannot be accepted if there is no information to identify the sender (name, first name, address, order number).
Return packages take between 5 to 10 business days to be delivered to us after drop-off. We advise you to keep your tracking numbers safe.
Once your package is received, please allow a few days for our logistics team to process your package. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been approved and processed.
⚠️🛏️ Only bedding cannot be returned if it is opened and unfolded.
If this is a preparation error with the shipment of the wrong item, we are sorry. Please contact our customer service at the following email address: support@sia-deco.com
Our team will send you the form from our claims page to fill out, and if accepted by our service, we will replace this product as soon as possible at no additional cost, upon receipt of the confirmation of the return of the first item to our warehouse.
Attention, as stated in the "General Sales Conditions", there may be variations between the products delivered and those represented on the website, mainly for handmade products for which the uniformity of production cannot be perfectly ensured or for those that have been subject to adaptations related to technical or technological evolution. These differences, as long as they do not concern the essential characteristics of the products and do not affect their quality, cannot justify a cancellation of the order or a refusal of delivery.
In order to process orders as quickly as possible, orders may be shipped in multiple shipments. This also depends on the available space in the box and the size of the products. If necessary, the order is shipped in several boxes, each with a different tracking number.
If it turns out that the incomplete order is due to a stock shortage of a product, our customer service is available at support@sia-deco.com to assist you until the issue is resolved.
