Sunrise Collection

Colored glass whose tint lightens from the base to the neck: the whole Sunrise collection rests on this idea of a gradient. It brings together 20 and 22 cm vases and 22, 25 and 31 cm candleholders, in shades of peach pink, amber and deep violet.

The Gradient Shows Against the Light

The color is dense at the base of the glass and fades toward the top, all the way to transparency. Place these pieces where light passes through them: a shelf in front of a window, a ledge, the end of a console table. Against a dark background the effect disappears, as the glass needs brightness behind it to reveal its gradient.

Three Heights, One Shared Line

The candleholders measure 22, 25 and 31 cm, the vases 20 and 22 cm. Group them in threes, playing on heights rather than colors: the depth comes from the difference between the silhouettes. A single piece also works on a coffee table, as long as you leave some empty space around it.

Short Stems in These Vases

The neck is narrow and the height stays modest, so these vases call for short stems, and only a few. One to three stems are enough, chosen to rise above the neck by about half the height of the vase. Since the glass is transparent, the lower part of the stem shows: choose a stem with a clean base.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which candle fits these candleholders?

Check the cup diameter on the product page and choose a slightly narrower candle. A candle forced into its holder puts strain on the glass.

Is the color in the glass or on the surface?

The tint runs through the glass itself, which explains the gradual transition from base to neck. A soft cloth and lukewarm water are all it takes to care for it, with no abrasive products.

Can the three shades be mixed?

Yes, and the result reads best against a light background or on light wood. If the room is already colorful, stick to a single shade and vary the heights.
