Olivine Collection

Blown glass does more than hold: it filters light and changes density with the time of day. The Olivine collection brings together vases in three heights, a wide decorative bowl and two candle holders, all in the same material with organic lines.

Blown glass and light

Each blown piece has a thickness that varies slightly, so the color looks deeper at the base than at the neck. Place the vases against the light, on a windowsill or in front of a low lamp: that is where the material reveals itself. Against a dark background, the effect reverses and the silhouette takes over.

The bowl, a free piece

The wide bowl lends itself to several uses: a centerpiece holding flowers cut short, a tray gathering small objects, or simply a form set alone on a console table. Its width calls for a clear surface, otherwise its design gets lost in the clutter.

Two candle holders for the evening

The two candle holders, one lower than the other, are best placed as an offset pair rather than symmetrically. The tinted glass softens the flame and casts its color onto the tabletop. Keep them away from curtains and foliage, and blow out the candle before moving the glass.

Frequently asked questions

Which Olivine vase height for a console table?

The smallest model looks good next to a lamp, the medium size holds the space on its own. The large vase needs a deep surface or a spot on the floor.

Can you put fresh flowers in the bowl?

Yes, by cutting the stems short so they rest on the bottom. Empty the water and wipe the glass after each arrangement to avoid marks.

How do I wash blown glass?

By hand in warm soapy water, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid sudden changes in temperature.
