Sia Deco takes great care in preparing your order. However, if certain products do not meet your expectations (color, damaged or missing materials) upon receipt of the package, they will be replaced within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the package.

To return your order, you must first send a request by email to support@sia-deco.com mentioning the order number and attach photos of the product and packaging so that our customer service can send you the return form to fill out. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking is mandatory for the return, so we kindly ask you to send a photo of the shipping slip to support.

The goods must be returned to us in new condition and in their original packaging and unsealed plastic, otherwise the refund cannot be processed.

Packages cannot be accepted for which no element allows the sender to be identified (name, first name, address, order number).

Return packages take between 5 to 10 working days to be delivered to us after drop-off. We advise you to keep your tracking numbers safe. Once your package is received, please allow a few days for our logistics team to process your package. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been approved and processed.

⚠️🛏️ Only bed linen cannot be returned if it is opened and unfolded.
