Sia Deco takes the utmost care when preparing your order. If, however, any products do not meet your expectations (color, damaged or missing materials) when you receive your package, they will be replaced within 30 business days of receipt of the package.
To return your order, you must first send a request by email to support@sia-deco.com, stating your order number and attaching photos of the products and packaging, so that our customer service team can send you the return form to complete. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Tracking is mandatory for returns, so please send a photo of the shipping receipt to our support team.
Items must be returned to us in new condition, in their original packaging and plastic wrap, still sealed and unused; otherwise, no refund can be issued.
We also cannot accept any package that does not allow us to identify the sender (last name, first name, address, order number).
Return packages take 5 to 10 business days to reach us after drop-off. We recommend that you keep your tracking numbers in a safe place. Once we receive your package, please allow our logistics team a few days to process it. You will receive an email letting you know when your refund has been approved and issued.
Please note that bed linen cannot be returned once opened and unfolded.
