Delivery charges

Delivery or availability charges will, in any case, be indicated to the Client before any payment and only concern deliveries made in metropolitan France, including Corsica. For any other delivery location, it will be the Client's responsibility to contact customer service.

In the event of delivery of the Product to the Client in a store or at a partner location of the Publisher, the related charges are specified to the Client at the time of the order.

The delivery charges indicated on the Site are understood in euros, all taxes included.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered by DPD within a period of 3 to 5 business days from the full payment received by the Publisher.

Certain products or certain order volumes may nevertheless justify a longer delivery time. 3 business days. This will be expressly mentioned to the Client at the time of order validation.

  • Zone 1 : Metropolitan France, excluding Corsica
  • Zone 2 : Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands.
  • Zone 3 : Spain (Andorra), Italy, Portugal, Monaco.
  • Zone 4 : Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland.
  • Zone 5 : Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania.
  • Zone 6 : Ireland, Greece, Malta, Cyprus.

Delivery does not include the United Kingdom and part of the zones in Spain, Italy, and Portugal: Balearic Islands (07001-07850), Formentera, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Sardinia, Sicily, Azores (CP 9500-9999), Madeira (CP 9000-9499).

Delivery to a pickup point is only valid for France excluding Corsica and will be free for purchases over €100.

Shipping schedule and cut-off times, specific to the store

Standard deliveries: All orders received before 12:00 PM (UTC+1) are shipped the same day (business days only). Therefore, orders received after this time frame will be shipped on the next business day. 

Specific return policies for the store

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, who has a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of their package to return it to the following address:
