Trays

A tray brings things together. A candle, a vase, two books set on top, and the corner of a coffee table becomes a composition. Stained wood or metal, round, rectangular or tiered.

For objects only

Our trays are decorative: they are not intended for food contact, as each product page states. What matters is their role as a base, on a coffee table, a console or a sideboard. For serving, see our tableware.

Shape defines use

A round tray gathers a composition at the center of a table. A rectangular one lines up on a console or a side table, and keeps small objects tidier. A tiered model gains height on a narrow surface, and works as well for display as for storage.

Stained wood and metal

The wood is most often stained black: it sets a graphic backdrop beneath light pieces, glass or ceramic. Metal, for its part, brings reflection. In both cases, care comes down to a dry cloth; wood tolerates a barely damp cloth, metal needs drying immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Can I serve tea or place food on them?

No: these trays are decorative, and their product page rules out food contact. For serving, our tableware is made for that.

How many trays per item?

Usually just one. A few models come as a pair, in two different sizes, and tiered models stack two or three trays.

How do I care for them?

A dry cloth. Wood tolerates a barely damp cloth, metal needs drying immediately.
