Planters

Dress up a nursery pot, or set a plant directly inside. Our planters range from small shelf sizes to large floor-standing pieces, in cement, ceramic or metal.

The inner diameter decides

It is the only measurement that tells you whether your nursery pot will fit, and it is always smaller than the outer diameter: two to three centimeters less on a straight pot, up to fifteen on a flared model. It is given in the description: don't guess it.

With or without a drainage hole

Some of our planters have a drainage hole: you can plant directly in them. The others hold water, and that is just as it should be: slip the nursery pot inside, and take it out for watering.

Cement, its weight and its care

Fiber cement brings a mineral texture and holds up in sheltered outdoor spaces, but it is heavy: once filled, the large sizes can no longer be moved with one hand, and they ship by specialized delivery. Clean with a soft brush and clean water, without detergent, as the material is porous.

Frequently asked questions

Will my nursery pot fit?

Compare its diameter with the planter's inner diameter, given in the description. On a flared model, the gap with the outer diameter can reach fifteen centimeters.

Can I plant directly in it?

On models with a drainage hole, yes. Otherwise, keep the nursery pot inside and take it out for watering.

Can they be left outdoors?

In a sheltered outdoor spot, yes: these pieces withstand up to +30 °C. Nothing is stated about frost, so bring them in for the winter to be safe.
