Tips and maintenance

  • For flowers with fabric: Plan for a vase height that is 10 cm shorter than the length of the stem. Combine at least 5 flowers for a bouquet. Your bouquet will look more natural if you select different stems thanks to the offered variations. Remove dust with a hairdryer on a cool setting. Do not expose directly to sunlight. Do not place them outside to preserve the color.
  • For berries: Do not wash. Avoid shocks and friction.
  • For artificial plants made of plastic and without fabric: Wash with water and dish soap. Then air dry. Do not expose directly to sunlight. Do not place them outside to preserve the color. If a leaf comes off, it can be reattached to its base by sliding it in with a dot of glue. The stems are often made of wire inside, so you can orient them as you wish and spread the leaves after delivery.
  • For vases, pots, and decorations made of natural materials, stoneware, and ceramics: Natural materials (stoneware, ceramics) can be porous when in contact with water. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
  • For vases and decorations made of metal, aluminum, and steel: Clean with warm soapy water.
  • For vases and decorations made of glass: Wash with hot water and soap using a non-abrasive sponge. Dry immediately after to avoid streaks.
  • For candles, candle holders, lanterns, and lamps: Do not leave burning candles unattended and place them on a stable surface, away from plastics, flammable materials, and textiles. Preferably use a snuffer to preserve your candle. It is possible that an oil deposit forms on the surface of the scented candle. This is completely normal and a sign of quality due to the high concentration of fragrance.
  • For photo frames: Clean with a soft, dry cloth and glass cleaner spray on the clear glass. Make sure to check the dimensions of the frame's glass in relation to the photo. The dimensions of the frame are not the same as those of the glass.
  • For 100% cotton textiles: Machine washable at 30°C. Avoid detergents, tumble drying, ironing, and dry cleaning. Prefer steam cleaning.
  • For textiles 50% acrylic 50% polyester: Dry clean only.
  • For leather-based items: Do not machine wash and do not use detergents. Prefer steam cleaning.
  • For lamp bases, lampshades, and other lighting items: Bulb not included. Standard lamp base with an E27 socket. Lamp base and lampshade always sold separately. Batteries not included for all other lighting items.
  • For mattresses:
    1. Use a Mattress Protector: Investing in a quality mattress protector can protect your mattress from stains, spills, and dust accumulation. Be sure to choose a breathable and waterproof mattress protector for optimal protection.
    2. Rotate or Flip Your Mattress: To avoid sagging and uneven wear, rotate your mattress from time to time, especially if you have a spring mattress. Some mattresses are also reversible, meaning you can flip them periodically for more even wear.
    3. Vacuum Regularly: Vacuum your mattress regularly to remove dust, allergens, and dust mites that can accumulate over time. Use the appropriate attachment to thoroughly clean seams and crevices.
    4. Air Out Your Mattress: Let your mattress breathe by removing sheets and bedding for a few hours each month. This allows moisture to evaporate and helps prevent odors and mold.
    5. Treat Stains Promptly: In case of a spill, treat the stain immediately using a clean, damp cloth with mild detergent. Avoid using too much water to prevent saturating the mattress. For stubborn stains, consult the manufacturer's instructions or consider hiring a professional cleaning service.
    6. Avoid Jumping on the Mattress: Avoid jumping or sitting on the edge of the mattress, as this can lead to deformities and damage the internal structure of the mattress.
    7. Follow the Manufacturer's Instructions: Always follow the specific care instructions from the manufacturer for your particular mattress. This ensures that you take the appropriate steps to maintain the warranty and durability of your mattress.
